Type-X in use (add your review here, if you find it useful!)
A bunch of user testimonials from Twitter

Mirko Velomirovic: “I use type-x constantly for proofing Construction sign WIP Construction sign. There’s something invaluable about being able to see your changes in context in near real time. Also who doesn’t want the confidence boost of seeing their favorite sites set in their type without the hassle of negotiating contracts”

Justin Penner: “Thanks for building Type-X! I use it for immersive proofing when I'm working on a typeface. Auto-reloading would be my top feature request (I see there’s a GH issue already).”
Gor Jihanian: ”Type-X is incredibly useful for testing fonts on real websites with real content. It has become an integral part of my workflow…even have shortcuts set up to export font->switch to chrome->active type-x->load font”

I feel there'd be good use for site-specific filters, (e.g. for side-by-side comparisons)
Love the tool and would buy / donate to keep it going!

I want to make a simple webpage for proofing fonts that has typeset text with different styles and weights and sliders for macro- and micro- typography ... most of the drag-and-drop testers only test a single style at a time..
I've just been running something like @arrowtype's Type-X on pages with already good typography but I wonder if there's something I can start with already...
