Community Page Needs Updates

Issue Overview

The community page (http://arquillian.org/community/) under the Forums and Wiki section references User discussions and Development discussions links that point to pages that have been archived and are marked as read only! It's unclear where users can go to discuss user issues or interact with developers. Can we get the page updated? I'd submit a pull request but honestly I've been unable to find a user forum to ask questions.

It's quite frustrating.
