Major issue when date selection is disabled

Steps to Reproduce

Very easy to reproduce.. When you're setting with timeFormat={false} and dateFormat="MMM, YYYY" then I can't select date in this case which is correct, however, if you select Feb when the today's date is >29th then it will select March, instead of Feb. Infact, only every 31th date, the bug will be there if you select 30th day month 😞
