Add support for WIMP

The WIMP workflow adds an additional group Analyses/Classification_000 - this stores the taxonomic profile information. Add support to extract via poretools.

You really only need the taxid and possibly the score I would think? I have example data if needed to help; I kludged my only python to extract for now.

Well - I don't need it (wrote my own kludge) but I think it is of value, I have gotten questions about if it is possible to extract the WIMP kraken info.
