Visual corruption with SDL HIDD

Describe the bug When running AROS with SDL HIDD instead of X11 HIDD the Locale and Input Prefs look corrupt.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Swap SYS:Storage/Monitors/SDL with DEVS:Monitors/X11
2. Run AROS (hosted)
3. Open SYS/Prefs/Locale and Input

Expected behaviour I expect to see colorful flags like under X11
