missing dependencies on autoinit code

Describe the bug Changing autoinit code does not result in binaries that have used it being relinked.

To Reproduce Modify code that is used in the autoinit stubs for a library.

Expected behaviour Modules/Binaries with the autoinit code in should be re-linked
