Putting all commands into one RUN layer

Hi, I don't use HA addons, therefore I am building your container a bit differently, so I cannot test the image, please verify if you have time. With putting all these commands into 1 RUN layer, I was able to reduce the image I created from 789 MB to 268 MB.
