Hi Arne, thanks for this excellent work. I plan to replace Autogrow with your model in one of my SBDD pipelines. However, in the module constants.py, I found that, for the dataset_params['crossdock_full'] dictionary, your aa_encoder/decoder needs to be correctly defined.

And my second request, could you have a fully trained model (both on MOAD and CrossDocked) which I can implement directly in my pipeline?
