Color IDMaps feature in armor lab
I am thinking if there is a way to use Armor lab to texture full assets.
Maybe an Color id map can be incorporated into ArmorLab so you can generate pbr maps for different parts of an object. I feel like the id map is important so the AI is able to treat a color id part as a different material?
Also maybe categories to pick from to help AI process these parts better. For example,
Load image that contains albedo map that has been put together in Photoshop/Krita of a character with skin, clothes, belts, foliage flowers, metallic broach or albedo map of a scanned person with the above mentioned.
Load color id map and generate pbr maps of each part all in the same texture while allocating categories prompts like ''human skin texture'' while using that id so the AI generate the pbr maps for that albedo part more accurately in the same texture, pick the next color id map with category prompts ''metallic'' for the metal broach part so the AI knows this part the metallic map is white. -ID map- Belts- Category/prompts-''Leather'' -IDmap-flowers--Category/prompts''Foliage''. AI would generate a SSS map in this case since you specified this in the prompts for the pbr of the albedo. Maybe an alpha map too -IDMap-clothes.---Category/prompts ''Textile''.
I am wondering if such a thing is possible.
