Scan fails: server has client authentication enabled

hi when running the clair-scanner I am encountering some issue in how our docker service is setup. Simply put, it is configured with client certificate authentication and when trying to scan a imge I'm getting:

Please check your TLS client certification settings: Get https://127.0.0.1:2376/v1.25/images/get?names=clair: remote error: tls: bad certificate

I tried to change the clair-local-scanner to run with -insecure-tls but this did not slve anything.

Anyone would know how to address this?
