app crashes on launch, here's how to recover your notes

installed this app to write a note. saved it and immediately after it crashed, and it wouldn't launch again. to recover your lost notes, you need either root or adb access. go to the app's directory in /data/data/com.aritra.notify/database, and open the Note_database-wall file with an sqli editor or just a text editor if you know where and how to look at it. to the dev, pls fix.
