Adding 'hosts' and 'ports' update functionality

Added the ability to update hosts/ports.

If the host/port exists the script prompts the user if they want to replace the old information with the new information. The only place it doesn't do this is in the port 'info' field, it just appends the information if it doesn't already exist.
