why modulation digital like ask or fsk does n't work?

hi, i used your projects, for analog modulation work like fm, i used hackrf and rtl-sdr but for digital modulation doesn't work... do you any solution? should be hackrf and rtl-sdr sync? please help best regards stackprogramer
