Is this repo dead?
It hasn't been touched since 2015. As an Elixir developer working on implementing SAML in my web application, I have a vested interest in this library being maintained. I've noticed some great PRs here as well as some more up to date forks:

Yeah, I haven't had much time to work on this recently. I'm happy to hand the repo over to someone who's more invested in working on it, though.

We can just give rights to people on this repo, or move it to a github org just for esaml, or something else? I'm open to suggestions (and to anyone who wants to volunteer to maintain it)
