Please implement setWireTimeout() in SAMD Wire library

This is just my plea to bring setWireTimeout() to the SAMD wire library.

Whatever you think about the suitability of I2C or SAMD or Arduino itself; code that will lock up on a bad transaction is far from ideal, even in non-critical applications.

Please port this from the architectures that already have it. I and many others would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your consideration and for everything you do.
