Migrate Chrome extension to Manifest V3 by updating manifest, background script and action definitions.

The migration to Manifest V3 is a mandatory update required by Google for all Chrome extensions. Your extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store because Google has begun phasing out Manifest V2.

I have been using this extension for many years and I would really like to continue using it 🖖.
