Mount Point Errors with LUKs

I've done dual-boot setups many times before, but recently when I used LUKS encryption it seems to fail every-time to note I have done this before. Anyway, it doesn't seem to find the mount point after encryption is set up. One key detail is that if I don't use LUKS encryption, everything works fine and it install properly. This makes me think there may be an issue with LUKS, or perhaps I'm missing something in the setup.
I've also tried manually setting it up using cryptsetup, but the system still fails to recognize the newly created LUKS partition. It doesn’t seem to acknowledge the partition when trying to mount it. It’s possible there’s a bug, or I might be overlooking something in the process. Anyone care to gander? Thanks!
