MLS Support

How about adding support for MLS? Also, if this gets approved I could start working on it.

Seconded.

Right now if my understanding is correct, the CLI is middleware to more cleanly interact with the football-data.org API, and according to this article, adding MLS support is likely something that we'd have to contact Daniel to achieve.

I think the MLS data is not on the free tier of the API.
