[Feature request] Ability to relay back the ID/user who ran that command back to them, from whence they sent it.

This is a feature request after observing phrik (#archlinux IRC bot) having the ability to do this. To clearly demonstrate what I meant, please refer to the following below:

This will be a feature of trigger actions (#65). In custom responses, you'll be able to substitute variables like the caller's username.
