You need a separated setup with "pull" and "push" to Github? It is a good idea!
There is a working backend focused on Jira. Try `org-jira`, a comparison would be very interesting.

@maxig You need the following files: https://github.com/louismullie/open-nlp/blob/master/lib/open-nlp/bindings.rb#L21 These files should be put in a directory which is set using `::model_path` and `::jar_path`.
