I'd like to have a discussion about introducing some kind of utility in ArborX for sharing data. We could start small by just sharing point files, because that's the only one we have some specification about.

I've been using this patch for the work on Gan-Tao generator to plot the generated datasets, and would like to merge some version of it in.
