No documentation of rtletsencrypt

I found rtletsencrypt as I got

DN: racknerd-*****
certbot already installed
ln: failed to create symbolic link '/usr/bin/certbot': File exists
unable to generate certificates

and was trying to fix the issue with letsencrypt certs. Guide has many other tool documentation, but not for this. Was this missed?
