Voting: amount of tokens shown that I voted with does not match real holdings

Describe the bug When I go to cast a vote in the Voting app, the tokens that the Voting app says I am voting with do not match my real holdings. In this case, the Voting app shows I am voting with 99,999 TKN even though I am holding 100,000 TKN at the time of the snapshot.

Hmm that is certainly weird and should not happen. It must be an issue when converting from BNs to normal numbers somewhere internally.
