(feat) Add CIS Compliance Mapping for GCP Benchmark

Partially fix https://github.com/aquasecurity/cloudsploit/issues/812 by adding CIS mapping to GCP benchmark.

The mapping is based on the most recent version of the CIS benchmark for GCP v1.3.0.
