Is there anyway to enable clicking while this is running?

Well not yet, but I could add it as an option if you'd like :-)

The "tap with 2 fingers to right click" gesture will not be possible though, only left click (after all, where would you expect the cursor to move if you tapped two locations at once? :-p)

Hey again! I see you added the -c thing which is cool, what I meant to ask though was: Is there any way to enable the physical buttons underneath the touchpad (http://i.imgur.com/itdEU4Z.jpg) while the program is running? It disables these while it's running.

Really sorry for any confusion, I really love the program though.

Ah, I didn't know these were handled by the Synaptics touchpad API (on my laptop the buttons still work in exclusive mode, maybe they're shown as separate devices). I'll take a look, but it will be difficult to test since I don't have any other laptops :-p

If you can't get it to work, do you know any place to find info on the Synaptics API?

I have the same problem. The physical button is not working for me as well.
