Blank page was shown when I view the cert at https://www.gov.hk

I can view the detail of the cert of https://www.gov.hk with Firefox built-in cert viewer, but not certainly something.

Same for https://www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm. This also exhibits on the new certificate viewer (about:certificate) in Nightly. It says:

Something went wrong. We were unable to find the certificate information, or the certificate is corrupted. Please try again.

p.s. Issue title should be Blank page instead of Bank.
