E2E test for encryption

Version of Singularity:

Master.

Expected behavior

Have e2e tests for the encryption feature. This issue is related to issue #4242 and focuses on e2e tests for the worked being done in its context.

This would need to cover:

• [x] singularity build
• [x] singularity run
• [ ] singularity exec (including with instances, i.e., singularity instance://...)
• [ ] singularity shell
• [ ] singularity test
• [ ] singularity instance

Actual behavior

No e2e tests ATM.
