[Feature]: Navigate to property with error in a widget

Summary

• A redux action that opens the first property control with error for a widget.
• The evaluated value popup must open automatically showing the error.

Why should this be worked on?

To assist users in debugging. We would like an API that allows for opening the property with error when clicking on the "error" symbol in the widget's name component.
