[Bug]: Inconsistent spacing between List Widget Items.

Description
I have a weird bug(?) . Suddenly my lists don't have any spacing or inconsistent spacing while my list spacing settings are at 16 (max). Any idea how to fix this?
Second image added is from an other list (with the same issue) and the right side seems to fall behind something when selected. It's only the rights side of the border when selected. These problems weren't here yesterday and I can't figure out what changed. I already tried making them smaller/larger...
