[Bug]: Additional letters get added while entering the hex code for a color manually in the color picker

Description

When we try to enter a hex code for any colour e.g. #4c5664, each alphabet/number gets added twice.

Steps To Reproduce

1. D&D any widget.
2. In the 'Styles' tab of the property pane, for a color related property, manually enter a hex code.

Expected: Alphabets/numbers should not get replicated. Actual: Any alphabet/number entered is replicated
