Improve the design of Switch Branches modal for Git

The sync button beside the switch branches text is confusing for the user as it looks like a CTA for switch branches where as it is a different context altogether.

@Anonymous961 - We're planning to redesign this flow so, we don't have a design that can be implemented yet. Can you please search for other Good First Issues that you can contribute toward?
