[Bug]: Chart widget's Series Name field size is not fixed in size and can extends beyond screen on long text

Description

Series Name's field should be at a fixed size for better UX. Currently the size of the field is dynamic and very compact with default name.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Drag & Drop Chart widget
2. Observe the field size of Series Name property
