[Bug]: Auto height with limits - Text widget - Bottom border is not seen until the text inside is scrolled down, and viceversa

Description

When I set a text widget to autoheight with limits, and the contents in the text widget are more than the height, such that it needs to be scrolled, and when I set border width to say 2 or more, and attach a color to the border, note that the Bottom border is not seen until the text inside is scrolled down, and once scrolled to bottom, the top border is now not seen

Steps To Reproduce

1. Drag and drop a text widget
2. Set it to autoheight with limits
3. Ensure you type in a lot of contents - the contents in the text widget should be more than the max height, such that it needs to be scrolled to be viewed.
4. Set border width to say 2 or more, and attach a color to the border
5. Note that the Bottom border is not seen until the text inside is scrolled down, and once scrolled to bottom, the top border is now not seen
