[Bug]: Scroll bar does not appear unless user scrolls down in a TreeSelect dropdown

Description

If a TreeSelect widget has too many options the scroll bar does not appear when the user clicks on the dropdown. This can be misleading for the user as they will have no way of knowing that additional options exist from the look of it.

Steps To Reproduce

1. D&D a TreeSelect widget.
2. Connect it to a datasource or manually add additional options such that the no. of options > 6.
3. Now click on the dropdown
