Query right pane cannot be opened or closed by the user. It opens or closes when there is a response. JS Editor has no right pane. Ruling out these two.

@akash-codemonk We need to maintain the selected tabs on the right side panes.

• [X] Cursor position is blinking at the starting point when the user switches between CONTENT & STYLE. Cursor position completely fails to maintain it's previous position when switching between pages. This issue is fixed verified it on DP.
