Deflate Module needs configuration basic configuration options

Actually the Deflate Module has no configuration options. Some options need's to be configurable on Server, VirtualHost and Location level. A good example is Apache's mod_deflate.

At least we need configuration options for:

  • Switching Deflate Module on/off
  • Add filter to deflate files by Content-Type
