Add a flag to ignore Accessed Nginx pod at from this node test

I usually run kuberang on my local machine, and my local machine can't not talk to any pod inside of my cluster, so these Accessed Nginx pod at from this node test will always fail for me. Can we add a flag to ignore these tests?
