[Placeholder] Advertise autoretreive cache to the Indexer

This is a placeholder ticket to track the work of @gmelodie.

It will enable faster content discovery via Indexer lookups and a faster retrieval experience as the content will already be in the autoretrieve cache for faster client fetching.
