Not broadcasting screens outside the App

When I go into background, the streaming stops, with ReplayKit 2 (iOS 11) it should stream any screen of the iPhone, right?

I believe live streams initiated by an app are sandboxed, you'd have to start your live stream from the Control Center for iOS to stream any screen.
