Add ability for datepicker in dyn_dt

Add an enhancement that will allow a user when editing/creating a dynamic datatable field with a date, to use a calendar datepicker: https://flowbite.com/docs/components/datepicker/

Example:

An employee with a start-date field, should be able to use the datepicker
