Issues with regenerating pre-generated personalized exercises

Sometimes when regenerating personalized exercises, the used grader does not match the exercise description displayed to the user. This has been observed in the exam environment, where regenerating exercises is common due to people retaking exams and the exercises needing to be different from the previous time.

This may have been fixed. The Y1 exam exercises had been pre-generated improperly previously.

Now that the exercise generation is properly configured in the Y1 exam's Git repository, we will have to wait and see if the issue still persists.

I haven't heard of any issues regarding this anymore, so I will close the issue for now.
