Teaching assistants cannot pseudonymize participants

TAs have access to the list of participants and submissions, but they don't have the option to pseudonymize participants (unlike teachers). However, this may also be a convenient feature for TAs, since they may also sometimes show bugs or inspect submissions. Here's a screenshot from the side menu of a course, demonstrates that TA doesn't have the option to pseudonymize.
