There’s no way to change languages on the front page

There are multiple language versions of the system front page (e.g. https://plus.cs.aalto.fi/), but the page does not provide any way of changing languages. A visitor to the site, who is not logged in, should have some way of changing languages right there, and I guess it would make sense for logged-in users, too, to be able to change languages while on the front page.

The simplest way to achieve this is through an existing GET parameter

The landing page template could have these two as links in the top header
