Quick team selection in Edit Submitters shows teams that do not contain the submitter

The edit submitters view has a functionality that allows selecting team members quickly from a list. The list however is not filtered, but probably contains every group on the course. see also #1091

The list contains all groups in the course. I think it was originally intentional, but I can understand why you would prefer groups that include some of the current submitters.
