feat: Allow Anonymous Edit/Contribution

Why?

Why we need this feature？Not everyone want to create an account to make edit. I would like to be able to free allow to edit without requiring a login. What is the user story for this feature? I'm sharing two type of link, one is "Public" read only and one is "Edit Allow", but they still require a login in, so people are less likely to Create Account, Log in, Edit.

What?

Can you describe this feature in detail? Everyone can edit if they have the "edit" link. Don't need to have an account. Who can benefit from it? One time editor or people that don't want to go extra step (create account) to contribute data.
