Feature request: Bypassing certificate error

I tried to take screen shot from this website

https://104.197.176.247:443/ (which is ip and port for https://soar.consulting)

but I received blank image, I guess it's related to certifcate error that we recieve even when opening in chrome (for sure then we can proceed and not seeing that page again) , but the screen shot layer is unable to do that. I was wondering if it's possible to add option to by pass certificate errors
