some api calls returns 500 server error

when I try with 172.16.21.50, api returns server error. I think it is related to country. Because other services say it is EU but can't say country.

I'm guessing that is probably due to that IP belonging to an RFC defined private IP range. https://geek-university.com/ccna/private-ip-addresses/
