Support sway 2.X.X

The newer version of sway fixes issue #83 , and it would help me a lot if this will be supported. Thanks!

There is a PR https://github.com/apigee-127/swagger-node-runner/pull/136 for that @theganyo Anything needed on the PR to push this forward?

I tried manually to change sway's version in the package.json and run swagger-node-runner's test. Unfortunately it breaks some of them. I'm not sure I have time to dive into the code and figure out how to fix these test failures.
