Prompt location is not visible after running executable

After running a binary built with -h=windowsgui and using this package the command prompt location (ie. C:/Users) is not visible but the prompt itself still works. This is only for the next command run and then the prompt appears as normal again afterwards.

@MDrakos I read the source but cannot find reason, do you resolve it?
