How to set CPU and memory resources for MySQL Lorry and other containers during database creation, or provide global default settings

Since the containers with resources set to "limit 0" in the database cannot be charged, Sealos intends to contribute code to KB, enabling KB to customize the database addon and set resource limits for other containers.

though there is no simple 'single size fits all' , the resources required differes from addon to addon. but any contributions are appreciated and we can discuss the solution or implementation here.
